Our main goal is to simplify the food ordering and delivery process no matter what size group you need to serve, saving you the time and hassle! There are a few ways to order: 1. Order online for the group you need to feed (up to a week in advance). Order from just one restaurant or as many as you'd like! 2. Call or send us an email telling us where the order is going, how many people you need to feed, and when the food needs to arrive (along with payment details). We can choose which of our restaurant partners is best for you, then you let us handle the rest! Benefits of using FOOD NOW: Unlike other catering services who typically require 48 hours advanced notice, we can have your food delivered with only a two hour advanced notice (please make sure these are two hours we are open). Order as much food as you want from any one restaurant and get it delivered for the same price as it would cost to deliver one meal, or order from multiple restaurants just as easily (each restaurant carries its own delivery fee.) With an approved corporate account, your business can receive a bill at the end of the month. This makes checkout super easy, and you have the food you want delivered when you want it!

When using our service there is no up-charge on restaurant menu prices, the minimum delivery order is only $12.50, and you can order up to a week in advance! Ordering from us is über simple, after all, the whole reason this company was started was to make everyday life a little bit simpler for everyone. STEP 1: Enter Your Zipcode Enter your ZIP to see which restaurants are available for deliveries in your neck of the woods. STEP 2: Select a Restaurant Click on any open restaurant name to view their menu. STEP 3: Order from the Menu To add an item to your order, simply click on that item. You can customize that item by choosing quantity, additional options and special instructions. When you are done customizing the item click the "Add Item" button. Once all items are added to your basket, you will be brought back to the restaurant’s menu. You can either select more items and add them to your order, or click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the right of the screen to proceed to the Checkout page. Of course! You will be able to use your gift certificate as many times as you would like until there is no remaining credit. How can I send the gift certificate?

How do I use FOOD NOW?
Enter your ZIP code and we'll show you restaurants near you that offer pickup or delivery. From there, you can easily place your order online or by phone.

How do I order online?
Choose from one of our restaurants in your area, peruse the menu and select the items you'd like to order with a click. If options are required, e.g. pizza toppings, you'll be prompted to choose them. Once you're through with ordering, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions from there.

Where is my food?
After placing your order, the restaurant confirms that they've received it and adjusts the estimated delivery time if necessary. Their estimate is in the receipt we email to you. If that time has come and gone, let us know and we'll find out where your food is.

Can I change my order after I place it?
Maybe. If the restaurant has already started preparing your order, they may not be able to change it. Rule of thumb: the sooner you let us know that you want to change your order, the more likely it is that we can get that order changed.

Did my order go through?
If you received a receipt via email, the restaurant is hard at work on your order. See, right when you hit the submit button, we shoot your order off to the restaurant. We wait for them to confirm it before sending you your receipt. All of this should happen within 10 minutes. If it's been that long and you're still waiting for a receipt, chat us and we'll find out what's going on. Oh, and don't forget to look in your spam folder!

Why do I see multiple charges from FOOD NOW when I only placed one order?
If your order total was adjusted for any reason, you'll see a separate transaction for the correct amount, and the original charge will be voided and disappear after a few days. And if you entered the wrong zip code or a bad CVV, there's also the possibility of a duplicate charge showing up, but it too will disappear in a matter of days.

Is your site secure? How can I be sure?
You know it. We employ all the security standards you know and love (think SSL), never share a drop of information with third parties and our physical data is kept in very secure locations – Fort Knoxesque!

What about credit card info?
Nobody sees any of it. Ever. The information is securely transmitted, and your monthly statement will reflect a charge from FOOD NOW LLC.
